Empowering children and adults to own their inner strength

I am currently offering online sessions. The site I use is HIPAA compliant, and given the situation, paperwork for new clients will be minimal.

Self care is especially important right now. The healthier we are individually, the better we are able to bring health and balance to our families and communities.

Though we live in a crazy, unpredictable and stress-inducing world, we all have the potential to find greater peace and new perspective. The challenges we naturally face at various stages of our lives with transitions, relationships, and identity issues can be met with strength and flexibility, and increased self understanding.

For both children and adults, the development of a healthy, therapeutic relationship can provide the necessary space to work through self-defeating thoughts and patterns, and to develop essential tools that can make all the difference in navigating through life.

It is my desire to provide a place of safety and acceptance in which people may explore their feelings, process current and past experiences, and come to a better understanding of themselves. It is my goal to provide children, adolescents, and adults with whatever assistance I can in their journeys to recognize and claim their own inner strength.

I open-heartedly welcome people of all religious identification, gender orientation, and cultural experience, with the recognition that I always learn from those with whom I work.
